TriZetto Provider Solutions provides billing services to healthcare systems and physicians in different locations, and is owned by Cognizant.  In October of 2025, Trizetto Provider Solutions discovered a data breach within their computer network that had been ongoing since the previous year. The types of data exposed may include patient names, home addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, and more. Trizetto Provider Solutions has begun to send notices out to affected individuals.
