United Natural Foods is a whole foods distributor located in Providence, Rhode Island.  They distribute to over 30,000 locations and are the main distributor for Amazon’s Whole Foods.  On June 5, 2025, United Natural Foods discovered unauthorized activity in their computer network. This caused temporary disruption to the company’s food distribution, possible data exposure, and concerns about the security of the supply chain.
