UniversalPegasus International (“UPI”) is an engineering and project management company which specializes in pipelines.  The company is based in Houston, Texas. On November 27, 2024, UPI sent out notice letters to advise affected individuals of a data breach. The breach occurred in June of 2023, when a hacker was able to infiltrate the UPI computer network and steal files located there. Each individual notice letter contains specific details regarding which data was stolen.
