University Diagnostic Medical Imaging Data Breach

University Diagnostic Medical Imaging (UDMI) is a health services provider in New York which recently disclosed a data breach to their computer system. During the incident in November of 2024, a hacker accessed private information belonging to 138,080 patients stored there.  The information exposed may include names, contact information, dates of birth, medical diagnoses and treatment information and more.
