Siri & Glimstad, a national law firm, is investigating a potential class action lawsuit involving the company Caring.com.
If you performed a search on the Caring.com website, entered your information, and have a Google, TikTok and/or Microsoft account, your private information may have been improperly shared without your consent!
We believe Caring.com may have used online tracking tools (often called “pixels”) on its website that could have transmitted sensitive patient and consumer data to third-party platforms such as Google. This data sharing may have occurred when you used the Caring.com website. Caring.com’s sharing of your data potentially exposes personal and health related information, in violation of privacy laws.
