About the Investigation:

Did You Receive A Data Breach Notice From WaterStreet Company?

If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!

WaterStreet Company is a Montana-based company which offers specialized software to property and casualty insurance carriers throughout the United States. On May 7, 2025, WaterStreet sent out notice letters to more than 25,000 people advising that the recipients’ information had been exposed during a recent data breach. The letters advise that earlier this year, an unauthorized party was able to breach the WaterStreet computer system where names, Social Security numbers and bank account information were stored.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
