Wellcare Health Plans Data Breach

Wellcare Health Plans is a Medicare specialized health insurance company, subsidized by Centene Corporation. On December 17th, 2025, Wellcare Health Plans reported a data breach to the Texas Attorney General’s office. The exposed files may include names, dates of birth, addresses, and sensitive health insurance information. Wellcare Health Plans has confirmed that notices have been sent to affected individuals.
