Woodlawn Hospital is located in Rochester, Indiana. On December 11, 2025, Woodlawn Hospital announced a data breach which took place in June and compromised highly sensitive hospital files. The exposed files may include names, addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical data and health insurance information. Woodlawn Hospital confirmed that notices have been sent to affected individuals.
