Aultman Health System operates a Canton, Ohio hospital as well as health centers in other Ohio locations. In December of 2025, Aultman announced that some of the information in their computer network had been exposed during the breach of a third-party IT provider used by the hospital, called Cerner Corporation. The Cerner breach was discovered early in 2025. The Aultman Health data which was compromised in the breach may include Aultman patient names, Social Security numbers and medical records.
