About the Investigation:

Did You Receive A Data Breach Notice From BetterDoor?

If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!

BetterDoor.com is an online seller of doors and door accessories direct to homeowners and contractors. In a recent notification to several states’ attorneys general, BetterDoor advised that sometime after July 20, 2023, a code was added to their ecommerce platform to steal financial information entered there by customers. This was not discovered and removed until November 22, 2024.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.

How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from BetterDoor notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
