Carolina Arthritis Associates is a rheumatology practice located in Wilmington, North Carolina that recently announced a data breach to their computer system in September of 2024. Individual notice letters were mailed out on February 27, 2025, to those whose data was affected. These letters inform the recipients which specific information was accessed by the hackers.
