Carter Federal Credit Union has locations in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas.  Recently, Carter Federal Credit Union realized that their computer systems were breached earlier in the summer of 2025, and they have disclosed that private information belonging to almost 69,000 individuals was accessed or exposed. This compromised data may include names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank card numbers, bank account numbers, retirement account information, medical information and health insurance information.
