Community Care Alliance is an organization in Woonsocket, Rhode Island which offers a variety of mental, addiction and housing services. On March 7, 2025, Community Care Alliance sent out notice letters to around 114,950 people. These letters advise that the recipients’ data was accessed by hackers during a breach to the Community Care computer network. The data accessed may include names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical data and health insurance information.
