Fidelity Life Association is an insurance company based in Des Plaines, Illinois. Fidelity Life Association notified the Texas Attorney General on April 4, 2025, that some of their files were illegally accessed during a breach of one of their vendors. The data accessed by an unauthorized party may include names, addresses, driver’s license numbers or medical information.
