Forum Communications Company is a multimedia and technology company headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota.  Recently, they began sending notice letters to 28,830 individuals whose sensitive data was exposed inJanuary during a breach of the Forum Communications Company computer network. The data exposed is said to include names and Social Security numbers.
