What’s the deal: The attorneys at Siri & Glimstad are investigating claims that an online scheduling portal used by dentists and eye doctors is feeding information about users’ online activity to Google. The scheduling platform is called NexHealth, and if your doctor or dentist uses it, when you receive an appointment confirmation email it will say “Powered by NexHealth” at the bottom. If you scheduled an appointment in the last 2 years on a device where you were logged into a Google account, and received an appointment confirmation from NexHealth, our attorneys would like to talk to you.
