Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, Inc. recently notified clients of Guardian Life Insurance Company of America of a data breach which exposed their information. Kelly & Associates Insurance Group is based in Sparks, Maryland and offers insurance and payroll services to employers. The breach in question occurred in December of 2024, and may have leaked names and Social Security numbers belonging to Guardian Life customers.
