Legacy Treatment Services Data Breach

Legacy Treatment Services provides counseling and mental health services at locations in Burlington County, Atlantic County, Camden County, and Middlesex County, New Jersey. On August 22, 2025, Legacy Treatment Services posted a notice on their website alerting patients that their data may have been compromised during a data breach which occurred in October of 2024. According to that notice, both personal and protected health information on the Legacy Treatment Services database may have been exposed during the breach.
