Behavioral Health Resources Data Breach

About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
Behavioral Health Resources provides mental health and substance abuse treatment to patients in western Washington state. On January 17, 2025, Behavioral Health Resources sent out notice letters to individuals whose data was stored on their computer system. The letters explain that an unauthorized third party was able to break into the Behavioral Health Resources network and illegally access sensitive data, including names, contact information, Social Security numbers, photos, biometric data, medical information, health insurance information and financial information.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Behavioral Health Resources notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
