Lifetime Psychiatry, LLC in St. Peter’s Missouri is the latest medical provider to be targeted in a data breach. In September of 2024, an unauthorized party was able to gain access into the Lifetime Psychiatry computer network through an employee email account and view confidential patient files stored there.

The type of information compromised may include names, contact information, home addresses, health insurance information, payment information and private medical records.

Lifetime Psychiatry, LLC began sending notice letters out to affected individuals on December 31, 2024.
