Lucent Health Solutions LLC is a health insurance plan management company which works with employers who administer self-funded healthcare plans for their employees.

On January 30, 2025, Lucent Health sent out notice letters regarding an event in which a hacker gained access to their system through an employee email account. Once in, the hacker was able to access highly sensitive data stored there, which may include names, contact information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and health insurance plan information.
