Opexus Data Breach

About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
Opexus is a software company owned by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, which specializes in process management software for U.S. government records. This means that Opexus handles highly sensitive data stored on government databases.
In February 2025, this data was compromised by two former employees of Opexus, who had previously served prison time for hacking into government databases. Although federal law enforcement is still investigating the breach, we know that these two employees who were security threats had access to sensitive personal and financial documents. After being terminated from their positions the employees removed files and sent emails to other employees stating that private data was not secured.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Opexus notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
