Orthopaedic Specialists of CT (OSC) is an orthopedist practice in Brookfield, Connecticut. OSC recently began notifying patients of a data breach to their computer network which compromised private patient information. On March 2, 2025, an unauthorized party breached the OSC computer system and accessed a database which contained patient names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health insurance information and medical data.
