Sunflower Medical Group is a medical practice in Kansas City, Kansas with several office and urgent care locations in that area. On March 7, 2025, Sunflower Medical Group sent notice letters to 220,968 affected individuals alerting them of a recent data breach which involved their information.  During the breach of the Sunflower Medical Group system, sensitive files were accessed by an unknown unauthorized party including names, home addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, medical records and health insurance information.
