PROVAIL Data Breach

PROVAIL is a Seattle, Washington-based company which supports individuals with disabilities. In early June of 2025, the PROVAIL computer network was the target of hackers who infiltrated the PROVAIL database and accessed information stored there.  The types of data possibly exposed include names, dates of birth, addresses, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account data, health records, and health insurance information.
