Regional Obstetrical Consultants is a private maternal-fetal medicine practice with locations in Tennessee and Georgia. In a notice dated January 22, 2025, and posted on their website, Regional Obstetrical Consultants advises patients of a data breach which occurred to their system sometime before May 6, 2024.  On December 23, 2024, Regional Obstetrical Consultants sent out notice letters to affected patients who private data was exposed during that breach. The information leaked may include names, personal contact information, Social Security numbers, health diagnoses, treatment information, payment information, health insurance information and more.
