Zullas LC, doing business as Cafe Zupas, is a restaurant chain with more than 70 locations in Arizona, Idaho, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Utah and Wisconsin. On February 25, 2025, Cafe Zupas sent out notice letters to an unknown number of individuals regarding a data breach that occurred to their computer system back in October of 2024. The letters explain that the recipients’ private data was accessed by an unauthorized party at that time, possibly including their names and Social Security numbers.
