WERE YOU OR A LOVED ONE A FIREFIGHTER WHO DEVELOPED CANCER?

Siri & Glimstad is evaluating claims from firefighters, airport workers, chemical plant workers and military service members who were exposed to aqueous film-forming foam (known as firefighting foam), and have been diagnosed with testicular cancer, pancreatic cancer, kidney cancer, as well as other types of cancer.

About the Firefighting Foam lawsuit

AFFF is a chemical-based foam that is used to cover and extinguish petroleum and jet fuel fires. It is much more effective in fighting fires than just using water. However, the foam contains PFA chemicals that may cause harm to humans and the environment. Some of the side effects experienced by people who used the foam are: testicular cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, or neuroendocrine tumors. This exposure is a result of ingesting, inhaling or absorbing some of the foam through the skin. Firefighters in the military or assigned to airports are at highest risk.

Holding Them Accountable

The two largest manufacturers of Firefighting Foam are 3M and DuPont, both huge multinational corporations with virtually endless resources to spend on legal defense.  To have the best chance at winning a case against companies like this and being fairly compensated, you should work with a law firm that has the experience and resources needed to stand up to companies like these.

If you (or a loved one) worked as a firefighter in a civilian or military capacity, were exposed to Firefighting Foam on the job and subsequently were diagnosed with cancer, DO NOT DELAY! Fill out the form below!
